Job Description

As a customer care representative you will handle inbound calls from McKesson customers utilizing McKesson systems, processes, and procedures. Calls are handled with accuracy while meeting departmental and individual performance goals. You will integrate and practice McKesson Shared Principles of Integrity, Customer Centered, Accountability, Respect and Excellence (ICARE).

**This position is currently remote, but in the future will require 1 day per week in the office - candidate must live within commuting distance of Ft Worth, TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accept inbound calls and handle customer requests
  • General Pharmacy system troubleshooting
  • Assistance with adjudication issues
  • Intermediate PC, Windows, Network and Hardware troubleshooting
  • Enter all calls in the Call Tracking System with accuracy and well documented call notes
  • Communicate effectively with Internal and External customers

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 1 year customer service experience with proven customer satisfaction results as well as the ability to build relationships and resolve customer issues with quality in mind. The ideal candidate will learn quickly, has excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills.

Other Requirements:

  • You must be flexible to work any shift during operational hours of Monday - Saturday 7:00am-10:00pm
  • Must be able to work On-Call After hours

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • General networking knowledge (routers, switches, VPN, connectivity)
  • Experience with Windows 7/XP
