Current Need

We are seeking aMarketing Analytics and Operations Manager to join the Oncology Practice Growth and Marketing team.This position is a remote-based role.

Position Description

TheMarketing Analytics and Operations Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the analytics function and will provide valuable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and activities in support of driving growth for practices in The US Oncology Network. This Network is made up of more than 60 independent medical practices and 1400 community-based oncologists across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure and monitor the effectiveness of patientand physicianmarketing initiatives and their impact on consumer awareness, new patient acquisitionand practice profitability for The US Oncology Network.

  • Develop KPIs for digital marketing initiatives including website development, SEO, SEM and social media; provide regular reporting and analysis on performance; use data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Measure impact of physician reputation management program by regularly reporting on metrics for online reviews and business listings; develop methodology for measuring impact of reputation management on new patient acquisition.

  • Work collaboratively with team and internal business partners to clearly define scope, objectives, targeting & measurement plan for marketing initiatives.

  • Conduct A/B testing and pilot programs for new initiatives and thoroughly analyze project impact on business objectives and goals; use data and key learnings to effectively expand programs.

  • Collect and analyze marketing metrics from practices across The Network to establish best practices and benchmarking.

  • Bring data to life through storytelling in a clear and meaningful way tovarying audiences; create insightful executive dashboards, reports and presentations that clearly and succinctly highlight actionable insights combined with business implications and strategic and tactical options.

  • Provide reporting and analytical support to Practice Growthand Marketingfunction to identify trends and to uncover opportunities

  • Execute ad-hoc initiatives to advance the marketing support delivered to practices in The Network including efforts to improve efficiency and effectiveness such as automation implementations, workflow enhancements and scorecard development.

  • Support market research and audience segmentation projects to map the patientjourney and key touchpoints; identify opportunities to enhance patient experiences and generate incremental revenues.

  • Help manage marketing technology platforms and lead new technology implementation and integrations with a focus on using technology to improve marketing ROI measurement.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4-yearBachelor's degree

  • 4+yearsrelevantexperience in amarketing, analytics, business intelligence,or sales role

  • 2+ years Project Management Expertise

  • Healthcare experience preferred

Critical Skills

  • Demonstrated analytical skills and data-driven decision making

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large sets of data

  • Knowledge of and experience with common marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce

  • Strong strategic planning, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines

  • Strong written and oral communication skills; must be adept at presenting and making recommendations to senior management

  • Ability to self-motivate and operate autonomously

  • Detail oriented and accountable

  • Strong analytical & data miningskills

  • Additional Helpful Skills - knowledge of and experience with advanced analytics, data visualizationand reportingtools(Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, etc.), databases (Microsoft SQL server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
