As a core member of the HR team in Robotics & Discrete Automation, you will deliver HR service assistance to the HR community, business managers and employees. You will process complex and escalated HR requests related to multiple service lines for an assigned group of employees, on-site at the Roswell, GA location. In this role, you will be responsible to perform complete, accurate and timely HR transactions for multiple countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. They ensure a high degree of employee and manager experience. They also support the globally set standards for HR operations and ensure that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. The focus areas for this role include recruitment and staffing, employee onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, performance management, policies and compliance, data management, training and development, compensation and rewards, employee communications and special projects.

Your responsibilities

  • Assists managers and employees with navigating recruitment and staffing processes. This could include requisitions, job descriptions, related compensation, review of resumes and applications, coordinating and conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process
  • Orients new employees to the organization, assist with paperwork and systems related to hiring, and coordinate with other departments on company and functional training and orientations
  • Assists with employee relations by addressing employee concerns and conflicts, assisting with mediation, implementing employee engagement initiatives, and working with senior or specialized employee relations managers to resolve employee issues
  • Assists managers and employees with performance appraisal tools and processes, draft and coordinate performance improvement plans, and provide guidance on career development tools and programs
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and procedures, keep abreast of employment law and regulations that affect the organization, and assist with compliance projects and activities
  • Maintains employee data and records according to the highest degree of discretion and in compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), update systems and databases as necessary, and generate related analytics and reports for HR (Human Resource)
  • Assists employees and managers in identifying development needs, coordinate company training programs and development initiatives
  • Manage the exit process for departing employees, including exit interviews as appropriate
  • Communicate HR projects and initiatives to employees and respond to HR inquiries
  • Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end to end responsibility
  • Provides on demand reports related to business processes where required
  • Accountable for the end to end operations, delivering high quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards
  • Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support
  • Supports cross collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies
  • Identifies deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommends enhancements and/or simplification based on day to day experience
  • Leads certain process improvement activities and participates in various quality control and audit activities
  • Additional duties may get assigned
Your background

  • Associates degree in Human Resources, Business or related field with minimum 1 year of directly related experience in a large (500 person or more) organization or minimum 2 plus years of directly related experience in a smaller organization
  • Proficiency and experience with Regulations and Compliance, Performance Management, Talent Management, Rewards, Learning and Development, HR Systems and Technology, Employee Experience and Engagement, Change Management, Data Analysis and Interpretation
  • Professional certifications such as PHR or SHRM CP highly desired
  • Core values of collaboration and peer leadership
