Summary:

In this role, you will support the Membership team by maintaining provider inventory data. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure sufficient data requirements are met and can be tracked within the provider's inventory. You will work on various data analytical and configuration projects with Vizient stakeholders to validate and capture Global Location Numbers (GLNs) for our providers.

Responsibilities:

* Preserve data accuracy of products in Salesforce, including appropriate data governance and operational integrity.

* Support the ability to accurately portray provider subscription by validating key attributes when creating new inventory assets.

* Create ad hoc reports in support of overall product requests from internal stakeholders across the company.

* Create audit reports in support of quality program to identify data configuration issues within product data.

* Utilize Global Standards 1 (GS1) site to validate Global Location Numbers (GLNs) and add them to our provider accounts.

Qualifications:

* Relevant degree preferred.

* 2 or more years of relevant experience required.

* Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency required.

* Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and present data required.

* Skills with MS Excel VLookup, HLookup, XLookup, pivot tables, and charts preferred.

* Experience with GS1 and GLNs preferred.

* Experience with data visualization and operational reporting preferred.
