Summary:

In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of product tools and solutions. You will gather requirements, create, maintain, and work to ensure quality assurance across multiple domains to develop high-quality automated analytics products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop medium complexity analytics products and new stories requiring collaboration with others.
• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements, and translate into user stories.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements and understand current business processes, partnering with other team members.
• Develop and maintain product backlogs and implement requirements traceability from user stories to product features.
• Write SQL code and create packages for use in Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL).
• Develop logical and physical models to support a scalable architecture, used to build out a data warehouse.
• Evaluate physical data models to ensure they align to the corresponding logical data models.
• Utilize technologies including Automic to schedule packages.
• Participate in architecture and visualization design sessions.
• Ensure requested solutions are available in the technology stack by understanding visualization options within the technical product being used.
• Generate test plans and conduct testing to verify the solution creates the correct analytics.
• Conduct investigation, diagnosis, and resolution of product inconsistencies.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering a plus.
• 2 or more years of relevant data analysis experience required.
• Experience in database management systems, online analytical processing and ETL framework required.
• Experience as an Analytics Engineer, BI Developer, or highly preferred.
• Healthcare experience is preferred.
• Data warehouse design including dimensional modeling and data mining preferred.
• BI technologies including Microsoft Power BI or MicroStrategy preferred.
• Experience with SQL queries and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) preferred.
