Summary:

In this role, you will support our Vizient Non-Acute Care segment managing promotional and demand generation efforts. You will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Director and business partners to develop a marketing strategy and implement B2B strategic marketing campaigns using different channels and tactics to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop deep understanding of customer and market insights to create annual marketing plans for the Vizient Non-Acute team; design and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with overall business goals and objectives; collaborate with the marketing analytics and research team to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.

  • Brand Management: Define the Vizient Non-Acute positioning, and unique selling propositions, make sure all Vizient brand standards are adhered to, deliver crucial brand value messages that deepen customer engagement and strengthen the organization's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual elements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

  • Content Development: Collaborate with marketing colleagues, business stakeholders and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials and implement campaigns for Vizient solutions, evaluate campaign performance and recommend adjustments to maximize results.

  • Relationship Management: Manage internal relationships and serve as a representative for designated marketing campaigns, demonstrate the Vizient Values (Be Bold, Be Accountable, Be Purposeful, Be Inclusive) in action.

  • Project Management: Use creativity, project management and problem-solving skills to manage the tactical execution of complex campaigns targeting multiple personas and segments across different marketing channels, deliver projects on time and on budget, leverage digital marketing and analytics platforms to enhance performance and deliver results.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred; Marketing, Business Administration or Communications desired.

  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.Healthcare industry experience a plus.

  • Strong project management, time management and problems-solving skills.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience with digital marketing and webinar platforms.

  • Diplomacy, flexibility, and the ability to successfully interact with employees at all levels of the company as well as all representatives from our healthcare providers and vendors.

  • Knowledge of marketing research and how to leverage insights to enhance campaign results.

  • Detail-oriented, dependable, meets deadlines and can work independently and with a team.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$59,600.00 - $86,450.00
