Your Job

Koch Agronomic Services (KAS) is seeking a Brand & Communications Manager to join our team! The Brand & Communications Manager will be responsible for creating global brand strategies and marketing communications to position KAS as a thought-leader in the crop nutrient enhancement space and drive growth of KAS products.


Our Team

This role will report to the Brand & Communications Leader and work closely with a broad range of capabilities including Product Management, Agronomy, Research & Development, Customer Experience, and Sales to develop compelling stories to create awareness for KAS brands. This role is based at the headquarters in Wichita, KS.


What You Will Do

  • Strategize, develop, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing strategies to support the KAS corporate brand and individual product brands
  • Support digital marketing initiatives by building and implementing demand and lead generation campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing automation
  • Develop detailed global marketing plans for KAS product lines based on business objectives
  • Deliver marketing spend recommendations for product marketing campaigns
  • Manage content and functionality of the KAS website to help optimize SEO
  • Evaluate effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies and apply learnings to future campaigns
  • Collaborate closely with sales and product management teams at a strategic level for planning, messaging, and project execution

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in a strategic marketing or strategic communications role
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams partnering with internal and external customers
  • Experience building, executing and measuring strategies at a national or international level
  • Experience in and/or an understanding of agriculture

  • Business-to-business, international & product marketing experience
