Job Description

The Director, Ecosystem Programs & Partner Experience is responsible for designing, leading, and managing programmatic workstreams that contribute to the build, deployment and continuous improvement of Infor's Ecosystem programs and partner experience capability. The lead will collaborate and drive alignment within the organization as well as with key industry stakeholders and partners to develop, execute, assess, and continuously improve the program.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

* Set the roadmap for the overall program that will span across all partner role types. Define and lead key initiatives and program changes to increase the program value to partners and Infor.

* Responsible for the design, management & execution of Infor's global ecosystem partner programs, including key program elements, i.e., incentive programs, MDF Program, Reseller, Services, Alliances, Deal Registration Program, Request for new Partnerships, etc.

* Manage sales engagement, partner success programs, partner events and overall partner engagement model.

* Collaborate at senior levels with cross functional business units, including but not limited to Sales, Services, Finance, Marketing to drive alignment around specific ecosystem programs with those organizations.

* Collaborate across Partner and Field teams to gather requirements to design program guides that detail requirements and benefits, terms and conditions, etc.

* Collaborate with and provide business requirements to Field Enablement to design & launch field enablement on Partner Program, Rules of Engagement, Deal Reg, How to Partner, etc.

* Consult with and provide requirements to Field Enablement for the development of Partner-facing solution (vs product) enablement materials, as well as overall Partner Enablement journey, including but not limited to Certifications and Badging .

* Together with Channel Operations, lead the overall partner experience including design changes for the partner portal and Tech Stack recommendations to accelerate time to value.

* Manage communications to the channel via portal, newsletters, webcasts, social channels. Support the development of messaging and content for partner events such as Sales Kick-off, Summits, etc.

* Collect and manage feedback from partners into the ongoing roadmap for the Ecosystem program. Establish and track metrics of the program, run a quarterly compliance process with the Ecosystem field.

Basic Qualifications:

* Experience building and managing partner ecosystem programs in the SaaS space. Programs should include incentive, deal registration, MDF, emerging markets and other programs to drive value for partners and Infor.

* Experience executing the above programs and demonstrable revenue KPIs.

* Project & program management skills.

* Previous experience leveraging, managing & leading virtual direct and matrixed teams.

Preferred Qualification:

* Bachelor's degree
