General Info

Job Type: Full-Time

Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM - Monday through Friday (8/hr. shifts)

*Shift Differential: 4% (2nd shift) or 6% (3rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Location: Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. - CDC Chamblee Campus, Georgia

Min. Qualification: High School/GED - Type 40 wpm. (Previous data entry experience preferred)

Salary Range: $25.79/hr. plus an additional fringe benefit of $10.01/hr. ($7.51 H&W/$2.50 401(k))

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

This position performs a variety of tasks including clerical and secretarial duties. Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person, answering and screening phone calls and transmitting messages. Experience operating general office equipment to include coping, faxing, and filing; 2-way radio communication and dispatch experience a plus! General computer experience is required with specific experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and cloud-based environments such as Box, Dropbox, ShareFile, Office 365 to name a few. Must be detailed oriented and a self-starter. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Exercise discretion at all times; limited judgment may be necessary.

Familiar with the concepts, practices, and procedures for accounts payable, purchasing, general office functions. Duties include but are not limited to creating and monitoring purchase orders, matching purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, invoices, and packing slips per established guidelines. Codes and prepares invoices to forward for payment.

IFMS work order system input, updates and research to assist technicians. Dispatching service calls, collecting vital information from the caller, and assigning to technicians. Identifying emergency dispatches and notifying appropriate personnel. Redirect calls for other contractors to designate contacts. Assist Roybal Campus with dispatch as needed. Process employee badge/access renewals as required. Relay service calls for subcontracted services to the appropriate contact/call center. Scan and log employees' licenses and certifications upon receipt, track licenses for expiration and notify supervisor regarding inactive status. Annual reporting for supervisors/managers. Print out training agendas and training test for safety meetings, collecting quizzes and follow up with employee not present. Monitor mileage on the two government vehicles. Make sure technicians properly sign vehicles in/out and provide detailed trip information. Track fuel receipts. Issue/track gas cards for as needed. Monitor maintenance due deadlines for assigned vehicles. Check the AED machine daily to ensure proper operation, check contents quarterly and performs monthly test. Maintain and update the building evacuation accountability list and provides information to the client as required. Maintain ISO files according to ISO program requirements including archiving and disposal as necessary.

Other duties include: Customer Feedback Survey Report, receiving packages from the warehouse, and maintaining sign-in books for all vendors. Support technicians and supervisors as needed.
