Overview

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will provide end-to-end support for SITA suites to customers. A Senior Technical Analyst develops, fosters, and maintains relationships with Project Management, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Service Technicians, and Marketing/Sales to ensure organizational success.

What you will do:
* Systems implementation for customers, customer requirements gathering, software implementation and integration, user acceptance testing, training, software install documentation, and ongoing maintenance and support for all SITA's products.
* Deployment, configuration, and integration of the platform, operating system, and application software.
* Responsible for resolution of escalated technical issues requiring a higher level of expertise.


Qualifications

Who you are:
* Traveling across the Americas region is required, traveling percentage is 60%-70%.
* Experience with Microsoft Clustering Technologies (Failover Clusters, Hyper-V Clusters, SQL Server Clusters)
* Experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) and SAN protocols (iSCSI, Fiber Channel)
* Experience with client-side scripting technologies and core functions including PowerShell, XML, XSL, HTML, WPF, WMI
* Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware-ESX/ESXi/VSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V)
* Experience with core networking and the OSI model (DNS/DHCP/VLANS/Routing/Firewalls/Access Lists, etc.)
* Microsoft, Cisco, or Tier 1 vendor certification a plus (MCSA, MCSE, MCSM, CCNA, CCNP)
