Position Description

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Intern to join our HID and Forensics marketing team as part of our planning execution of the ISHI conference in Texas, September 2024.

This position reports directly to the Senior Regional Marketing team and will work with marketing and sales colleagues in the HID and Forensics team.

By joining this team as Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for:

- Auditing and supporting the creation and rebrand of sales marketing materials

- Survey prospective customers

- Obtain and organize data

- Support sales team with management of the event

- Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasks throughout the conference

Position Requirements

- Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate course for Marketing, Communications or similar field

- High proficiency with Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Personal Requirements

- Proactive and independent personality with attention to detail

- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

- Ability to work well under time constraints

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with local and internationally based project team members
